Work Started on the complete refurbishment of the play area adjoining the Village Hall in Higher Road on Monday, 13th July.
The old play equipment was removed in the first few days and the site prepared for the installation of the new equipment.
The work was carried out by Sutcliffe Play South West and became ready for use on 7th August 2015.
Funding was provided by the Parish Council, Viridor Credits, Sedgemoor District Council and Newlands Homes.
